We're searching for a versatile and reliable professional to assist with a variety of tasks, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. This role is perfect for a highly capable individual who can manage various small projects around a home, from basic electrical and plumbing tasks to light carpentry and installation work.
Element Design Build Remodel is a boutique firm specializing in high-end home remodeling in Northeast Ohio. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop for our clients, offering comprehensive services from design to construction, all under one roof.
Responsibilities:
- Install countertops according to project plans and specifications.
- Measure and cut countertops to exact dimensions.
- Apply adhesives and sealants to countertops.
- Level and secure countertops in place.
- Install fixtures and hardware, such as faucets and sinks.
- Clean and polish countertops upon completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a countertop installer.
- Strong knowledge of countertop materials and installation techniques.
- Experience with measuring and cutting countertops to precise dimensions.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation:
- $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience
